LMFAO, I laughed so hard at the bold part. Amarjeet's word of the day was HALLABALOO! I hope whatever you wrote doesnt happen. Armaan is injected with mush, he's so mushy with his daugter too! I dont see the mushy Armaan and the tough Bharti together. Armaan doesnt know shit about the person he's falling in love with. Now, Payal knows Bhaskar/Bharti inside out. She dealt with Bhaskar's shit back then, she knows about all his habits and she is the one who's helping out Bharti right now. She knows Bhaskar/Bharti's secrets, Armaan's hormones are just going wild. Like, Kirron Kher in KI said "hormones dimaag mein chale jaate hain, aur dimaag sad jaata hai" Thats whats happening to Armaan these days. I absolutely love Gyaan, so no he wont be going to hell. Well actually, he can, cuz thats where I am gonna go eventually. So its all good.

the main point is the company has been NEGLIGENT

so they feel your tendens rnt affected ...... fine ... u cant prove it thanks to the doctor's report but they cant deny u DID get hurt in the first palce ... what do they day abt it

since its a negligence ka case ... they should b proving that they werent negligent ..... proving the fact that your injury isnt all that serious wont really help them in proving that they werent negligent !!!

abt u not visitng the doc despite the pain ..... consult your doc ... and say u were 2 traumatised with this whole experience ...blah blah ( all hog wash )

Well, then what do I say?|! In regards to why I didn't visit the doctor?! Help me, lawyer lady! 😛 But what appalls me is, the doctor didn't include it in her report, when I vividly recall her telling me that my tendons may have been damaged, and she gave me a few exercises to do. The report said that I had no partial disability, my hand was healed, and the only thing left to complain about is the stupid scar that I have.

yeah but the company will allege na If u stil had pain y wouldnt u visit the doc ... like said just say u were scared ... the whole experience left u traumatised

I did ask my lawyer the same thing, the fact that the injury still happened. The adjuster visited me two years ago, when the wound was still fresh and I was in a lot of pain. I mean, why are they completely discarding that? My lawyer said that, if everything healed fine, then there's no case there. 😕

what rubbish 😲.... its not like u r injured for life only then u can get a compensation ..... i dont knw much abt the american laws but as far as i have studied torts ..... there negligence cannot b overlooked

the seriousness of ur injury comes into picture only to decide the amount of compensation to b paid to you ..... how can da case b dropped jus because ur hand got healed 😕

soha i have a feeling your lawyer is just trying to dissuade you from continuing with this matter further ( its a very common practice in india where lawyers try and mislead there clients )

Soha...I've seen at least 10 TC films. The last one was Tropic Thunder and the next one I'm planning to watch is Valkyrie.

My 4th of July was pretty fun, thanks for asking. I went to this block party with family/friends and there were fireworks and a huge BBQ.
