Madhur got away scot free despite being accused though I don't think there was hard evidence. The worst thing about rape cases is that the victim has to be vulnerable, and the defense attorney is going to question her in the harshest way and try to malign her credibility and her background by asking extremely invasive questions. That is the worst, and unfortunately the way such cases are won. Because he is rich, he will have a good lawyer. Though it does seem like there will be physical evidence involved, I just hope the survivor (I refuse to call her a victim) will have the presence of mind to survive character assassination. Rape cases have very low conviction rates for a reason, and the punishments at least in the United States are less in severity than they are for drug cases. Yes, I know innocent until proven guilty. But I would not be castigating him if he hadn't confessed when he got to stay in the best of conditions.
This sort of crime is the worst because of the shame factor society puts on it. I would just to like to say that this crime is not some sort of perverse pleasure he got out of it. But power, subjugation, and heck submission of another person against their will to be violated. They are going to paint this as she consented or that he thought she did. Maybe, I am too wary, but I have read of too many cases where such has happened. Look at Kobe Bryant and the way they questioned the victim and made her out to be promiscous to invalidate her claims. Anyways, that is what I have to say on the matter. Sorry for the long speech.

If I recall, that's also the time that they started to fall in love, yes? Why do all Indian serial hero's fall in love with the object of their affection, only AFTER a rain scene? Look at it.... Armaan fell in lowe with Ridhima after she gets wet in the rain and brushes her wet hair against his steroid injected veins. Arjun Punj, although already in love with Arohi, falls into MUCH DEEPER love after watching his ladylove drench in the rain and brush her hair. Ditto for MN. Kaash, humari luck bhi ithni achi hoti.
