Sonia, you should have said this at the beginning so she could understand. NYC is expensive. It is one of the most expensive places to live in the country, heck the world. So even with a job, it is hard to budget everything because here everything from food to going to a restaurant is much more expensive than elsewhere whereas the South is the cheapest.😆
