LOL, I liked K3G much better than KKHH man... It was so much funnier, and less wannabe.... SRK was so genuinely funny as the poor, frustrated guy stuck b/w all the Chandni Chowk freaks... "Lagta hai Chandni Chowk ke saare paagal mere ghar mein hai... Alll of them...." And his exasperation with Kajol outside the mall.... "Kapde return sheturn karne ho toh KHAAREDTE VAREEEDTE KYUN HO....!?!? Indians!!!!!!!" 😆 And LMAO, i'd totally fogotten the school function waala scene....! My favt bits are Kareena's lil antics, like sitting on that man's lap and drinking all the wine and warning Kajol ..... "Didi, behave yourself.... Pichle saal bhi yahin bohut tamashaaa create kiya tha.... Krish perform kar raha hai, very nice *rolls eyes*, theres no need to get so hyper!!!! " and how mortified she looks when Kajol is like main toh zarooor seeeti bajaaongi... 😆

LOL, I've watched the movie too many times.... It's one of my mom's favt movies (all about loving your parents, you see ) and she used to make me sit with her while watching it every other weekend.... :P :P :P

I think as an overall movie, KKHH is a better movie than K3G....the comedy in K3G is fabulous no doubt, but it went way too OTT with the, 'it's all about loving your parents melodrama'..

KKHH did have more of the tween, cliched college drama in the first half but it worked cuz it was the first movie of it's kind in India that did that...everything AFTER that was MUCH more wannabeish.....but as as storyline, I overall liked it more....despite the unrealisticness of the letters being left for Junior Anjali and whatnot...LOL....but I do still think it is Karan Johar's best work so far.

Even I have seen K3G a gazillion times😆 It does have a lot more funnier moments... hehe Kajol's seeti one.. and the one where she breaks the 'gamla' and the 'size shize nahi dekha' LOLL

@Anu: I just thought KKHH was a very mediocre movie, in all aspects - acting, plot, dialogues, etc. I just couldn't reconcile with all the... crazy cooincidences, you know!?!? I mean thoda bohut toh theek hai, but the whole movie was built on them... And seriously, trusting an 8 year old child to find her father a new wife....?!?!!? If she had her way, she'd choose Princess Barbie/Hannah Montana or someone to be her new mom.... I was 10 when it came out, and it certainly appealed to me then, but it was only because I was at that tweenybopper, OMG SRK! stage.... Now that I like, really watch movies, and analyze them.... It's one of the SRK movies I cannot bear to watch.... It's my 2nd most hated, along with KANK, only following that horrible Kal Ho Na Ho.... Ugh. Waise bhi, when ppl start sar chadoooing something too much, I start hating it.... Just to rebel or something... So all in all, I just don't like KKHH....

@Nims: Ah well, I guess it's different ways of looking at it....I was 13 when I saw it and even though I loved it more back then than I do now, I still find it to be a better movie as compared to the other KJo stuff.....which has progressively gone from bad to worse....the only thing I hated about KKHH was SRK's look in it with the gelled hair and all....baaki I liked it.


And LMAO@ these dialogues you've quoted from AAA....I loooooooooooooooooove that movie too! Seriously all time greatest Hindi movie!! You should make avis from that too!!! :P

I will most certainly agree that aaj kal K.Jo ki movies kuch zyaaada hi ghatiya ban rahi hai.... K3G was the only one I could bear ever remotely..... Baaaaki toh.... Ugh what is it about K.Jo movies that they make SRK's characters soooo unlikable!?!?!? He's quite a charming actor who can pull off stuff most of his peers can't.... But lord, put him in a K.Jo movie, and ARGHHHHHHHH! I wanted to slappppppppp Aman from KHNH and I wanted to slam whatever his name was in KANK's head against a wall till his brains bled out from his ears... Hmph.

OMG, SRK's look, those RIDICULOUS tight shirts from GAP or whatever.... They looked like they had been painted on his scrawny lil body, they were thaaat tight..... And that ghaati "COOOL" necklace that EVERYONE had after this movie... :/ :/

LOL Anu, the beauty of AAA lies in it's dialogues, so I don't know how far I would do justice to the vidavis... But there are a few funny bits tht come to mind.... When I finish my already endlessssssss list of movies, yeh bhi karooongi.... :P :P :P
