Just saw today's episode ... the MN scenes were okay ... I loved how Nupur was so eager to get the supplement but as soon as Mayank pointed out her desperation, she acted like she couldn't care less! 😆

The preview looked promising. I hope there's a Mom/Nupur/Mayank scene tomorrow. Loved the trio during their Diwali scenes!

I didn't get the point of the entire sequence at the principal's office. The plot went nowhere - last week Saxena had already told Samrat that he wouldn't be a part of the basketball team if he flunked. Why did they show the cheating stuff only to have everything go back to square one? They could have easily wrapped up the exam storyline by the end of last week had it not been for the fake basketball camp track and this one.

Yeah, the preview looks promising :-)

And yaar this exam track is obviously pointless....they've dragged it on sooo long without making any sense.....Sammy ka poora basketball camp drama had no point to it :S

^ I dunno, they were barely on for 3 minutes ... their scenes were better than last week's, but I wanted something different. Is it just me or was it odd that Mayank said he wrote 35 pages? What the heck? What kind of an exam requires you to write so much? Even if they were back to back, it means he wrote on 18 sheets of paper. Usually people don't use more than 5 - 8 sheets in a final exam. 😕

As for your Kis Desh question, Prem died a couple of months ago ... then in true Balaji style, he was brought back from the dead last month. His name now is Gaurav and he's a weirdo with a horrendous sense of fashion. Right now they're trying to pass him off as a lookalike but it's obvious that he'll turn out to be amnesia-stricken Prem. *rolls eyes*

LOL....I did know that Prem had died a couple months back yaar....I just read the updates on and off and I read this new name in today's update and I was like....huh???

Horrendous sense of fashion, haan?? LOL.....when will Kekta learn that this little humshakal formula of hers has BOMBED everytime she's tried it! *shakes head* LOL

Anyways, getting back to MJHT....Mayank maha-nerd hai yaar....maybe his handwriting is really big and that's why he took up 35 pages....ROFL

Ekta will never learn, which is why her soaps are tanking. I'm glad that shows like Bidaai and Balika Vadhu are topping the TRP charts. That'll teach her to get off her butt and do something to improve her shows.

LMAO! Arre Mayank nerd hai toh kya hua? His handwriting can't be that big ... and even CJ wrote around 30 pages. Man, it's scary how much the students of Excel have to write on an exam! Good thing it's just a fictional college, warna toh students would have started dropping out. 🤪

I don't think Kekta is gonna learn her lesson so easily, Sarah....all her upcoming shows sound like rehashes of her older ones....the two on NDTV imagine sound like copies of KTH and KS....hahaha....one is about 4-5 sisters and I heard she was looking for a Kashish look-alike....and the second is about a marriage of convenience and there's 3 sisters again.....

Does she REALLY think we can't guess thru this??? LOL

She needs to change her mindset....

And LOL yaar....the show is exaggerated obviously....cuz no one would write 35 pages in real life...duhh.....they're trying to show his 'maha-geekiness' this way....he wants to scale the heights of geekdom! To boldly go where no geek has gone before! Mayank the perfectionist! But Tenzing Nupur beat him to to the peak! LOL

Seriously Anu? KTH and KS? And that too, on NDTV? Wow, Ekta has totally lost it. I don't think anyone's gonna watch those shows.

Yeah, I guess you're right ... they're exaggerating it to emphasize on Mayank's perfectionism ... but for a minute it did scare me to think of writing 30 + pages in three hours ... I was like, Lord help the students if such a college exists in real life. 😛

Besides MJHT and DMG, what else do you watch?

Eeeks yaar Sarah! I DON'T watch DMG anymore! *shudder* Can't stomach it! I only liked that show till Nov 07....uske baad it was on and off....stopped watching totally around April last year.

Right now, I'm only watching Bidaai and MJHT regularly....watched a few epis of BV as well, but not really regular with it......baaki nothing much. What about you??

As for Kekta's shows.....I thought the same until I saw the comments in the TB section where ppl were ACTUALLY getting excited about these shows! :S

That sucks!! I have a lot to catch up on the show. How are MN going?? Is Mayank still mad at Nupur?? And Nupur is studying hard??? lol. Let me guess on the SG front, there is no progress, S still trying to be the 'cool' dude, and G running behind him with notes na??

I know. I LOVE that clip too!! I might be stealing your avatar one of these days! :p I watched RNBDJ, and I didn't like it at all. My friend told me it was amazing, so I watched it, and apart from Srk as Suriji, there was nothing worth watching. I thought Anushka was okay, really pretty, but honestly I thought she didn't have a strong screen presence. I liked two scenes in the beginning, one with the whole tiffin sequence, and the 'rose' scene, where he places it on the letter! :) The choreography was just horrible, and I really did not expect a movie like this on part of Adi Chopra. Oh well. Maybe I had really high expectations.

Yes. I'm so excited about Delhi 6! For Sonam!! I think she is going to be the show stealer. And, well the people who wrote her down after Saawariya will be forced to take their words back. I just hate how Abhi-shake is playing the male lead in the film. Why couldn't it be some other actor?? He better do a good job.

Btw I watched Ghajni too. It was okay. Too overhyped. There are a lot of problems with the plot and stuff. Asin was okay. In some scenes she overacted, but I thought she had a strong screen presence, by that I mean, as you walk out of the theatre you remember her, even though she is in the movie for about 40-45 mins. I didn't like Aamir so much either, he does not have much dialogue, and mostly has to communicate emotions (anger) through his eyes, he was okay with that, but I really wouldn't call it his best performance till date. And yeah during the climax scene I was the only one laughing madly in the theatre, but I really couldn't help it, every time Aamir went "grrr... grr.." all I could picture was a puppy or a bulldog. Gahh.. So weird. lol.

Anu, that's exactly what happened with me. I followed DMG regularly for the first two or three months, then kept watching on and off till May last year. After that I have no idea what happened in it. It's such a clownfest now. They keep adding new characters pointlessly.

MJHT is the only show I watch daily. Ocassionally I catch an episode of Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajna, Kayamath, Kis Desh and BV, depending on their written updates. Oh, and I also watch Nach Baliye.

I forgot to mention this earlier - your Prem/Mukti vm was really good. It was nice to revisit those golden PM moments. 😊
