And also it's not like Shantanu can't act well or something like that. He can carry off emotional solo scenes with panache specially sine Swayam's thought process is something that has always been admired by the viewers and made them connect to his character. Hell at the beginning we have literally lived SwaRon's love story thorugh Swayam's thoughts. Now the absolute absence of it is just irking.

Exactly! We know and we have loved the character, so we know he might be thinking that way but hell from the time of change in writers, we don't even know if we are thinking/assuming correctly because that character has been made to record Sharon getting molested as well >.< they did rectify it after fans questioned about it but still how can we be full confident that writers are writing in the context that we are thinking?

And how much does it take to just give a scene to swayam clearing his side of the story? If writers do think of a flow to his character, why not just give a scene justifying the flow they think of while penning anything where Swayams character comes in picture?? One scene to swayam won't eat the space of nilesh-simmi, who is more important to them :/

I second you. We don't even have the confidence to say that such and such has to be what he was thinking at the time. And about the recording fiasco I don't think they were thinking at all at the time. Honestly no one is even interested in watching Simmi scream at Nil and Nil running after Simmi all the time. Even if they want to show them, the CVs can cut down on Swayam-Ruhi scenes right? Because as far as I know not even a single viewer is interested in that.
Even now his character can be rectified or rather clarified just by one long monologue to show what he actually has been feeling all this time. But when do we ever get what we want from the CVs?

That's the thing, they don't think at all when it comes to Swayam-Sharon; it is all about others in the scene whenever SwaRon are anywhere around. Like u see Swayam is there but it's about ruhi :/

And earlier it was even sensible to see gang given footage at times but now I don't even understand why simmi-nilesh are given exclusive scenes in the first place because the new montage of the show clears it, that only two pairs are important; so why all this sidelinning to SwaRon or say importance at par with simmi-nilesh?

What are the writers trying to convey?

Sidelining SwaRon is a habit of the CVs. SwaRon was many a times used to carry other people's stories forward.But atleast Sharon is being shown beautifully at present so no complains there but yes they need to work on Swayam for sure.
