The episode begins with Ruhi telling Swayam that she would celebrate her birthday separately at her home and tuns to leave. Swayam stops her telling they will go. Ruhi hugs Swayam in excitement and Sharon sees this. Sharon tries ringing on Swayam phone when Swayam is unable receive it as Ruhi is continuously speaking with him. Vicky is in canteen when Simmi comes there. Vicky is about to get up and move out when Simmi stops him. She asks Vicky to stop and tells him to solve it out with Nil when Vicky asks her not to interfere between Vicky and NIl.Simmi tells Vicky that even group wil be affected when Vicky asks her to advice her BF but not him.He knows he needs to do.
Ruhi thinks she will wear a modern dress like others girls and gets ready. Swayam rings the door bell and Ruhi opens it. Swayam asks Ruhi where she wants to go and Ruhi tells since she is new hear she does not know the places. Sharon thinks on speaking with Rey about Ruhi but stops and thinks of meeting Swayam. On reaching Swayam's house Sharon comes to know from kaka that Swayam is out for a birthday dinner with Ruhi. Sharon speaks with the VP sir and gets to know Ruhis bday falls in July and not in March. Sharon calls Swayam saying she needs help with literature notes. Swayam says he is out but plans to drop in the books at Sharon's place as the place where he decided to go is near Sharon's house. Simmia nd NIl are coming back from Movie when Simmi tells Nil about what happened earlier in the day. Sharon calls Simmi and asks her to come to Swayam's house.
Swayama nd Ruhi come to Swyam's house when the lights are all switched off. Sharon welcomes hem later with voice over and lights come up. Ruhi thanks Swayam for the surprise when Sharon accepts her thanks and the whole team comes out singing birthday song. Sharon tells Ruhi this is for her Swayam tells Ruhi she was jst getting disappointed thinking she has no friends. Sharon tells Ruhi truth cannot be hidden She has found out the truth. The team asks Ruhi to cut the take and when Ruhi is about to feed the first piece to Swayam Sharon comes and eats it up. Sharon then feeds a piece of cake to Swayam.
