my fav hobby- thinking of rey
reys a person who needs action in his life , constant movement .he jumps from one thing to another- free spirited and happy.
but yesterday while seeing hi with the gang and evryone enjoying themselves- my only thought was where did his happy nature go? his sunny warmth- he always reminded me of the winter s 11 o clock sun- warmth when things go cold .
he s still active to the point of impulsiveness but somewhere seriousness has overtaken the happy go lucky nature almost threatening to ecclipse it. i remember being impressed with his way of handling the breakup with kriya ,his broadmindedness and his capacity to always always come out better than before after each failure, after each rejection. he meets his problems sometimes selfcreated headlong like a bull!
he was as vicky called him dariya dil - broadminded and large hearted.
he still is but somewhere its become a burden he has to carry---to be and behave normal ---a habit more than anything else.taking responsibility for evrything whether or not its required ---from aditya s track to dance academy ---why does he do it?
there have been times when those closest to him have said this- kriya first when he took some blame for vicky and nil( kya zaroorat thi sabko bachaane ki- aapko na aadat padgayi hain or oemthing) ,
then swayam -when he fought for taani and later on during aditya track ( saari duniya ki bhoj lene ki zaroorat nahin hain )
and of course taani ( post mitwa fight when she took care of him, during shivam times or GS time when she constantly tried to keep him from getting under avp/vp s bad books, later when shes in the middle of a fight with him during their relationship days and he said- taani im tired and i need my gf and she hugs him saying he takes up too much responsibility )
its like a drug for him- responsibility, like his dance like his dosti .
it would have been fine if it was associated with his warm smiles but thats what s missing - his wanting to have a dance academy for all of them and woring for it is great but him missing out the fun that others were having isnt - they are right you need do masti , to enjoy but then they havent had to deal with what he has been through.
i wish rey was back- - i wish he s just back with his sunny nature which could enjoy vicky proposing to neha - i wish he takes interest in these smaller joys in life like he used to instaed of becoming the savior all the time... last time his smile came back when taani came in but how long will it be dependant on taani/kriya/riya/taani
