If Sharon is the reason that Swayam is quitting then they're actually not ruining Swayam's character.
This impulsiveness is expected from him when it comes to Sharon.

Seemed like the only logical reason to me, cause we know that he didn't misunderstand his friends and he would never leave the team because of his dad.
Right now I'm just hoping for a proper explanation of why he left the team, and I hope he gives this explanation to Sharon.

He decided to leave the college untill Sharon convinced him not too.
Just that time, he didn't think about his team, his dance or his friends.
He's allowed to think about himself once in a while.

no dear, in those situations anybody's career/competition/college reputation or whatever was not dependent on swayam's decisions...in this situation, ndc, group performance n ultilamtely colleges' reputation will be affected...so things are different now...it might be coz of injury..was there any hospital /reports scene in epi? coz rey n swayam were talking about reports...
