I get what you're saying but this seems like the only logical reason to me.
I hope we get a good enough explanation about him suddenly deciding to quit.
And I hope they show Swayam giving this explanation to Sharon.

Maybe it has something to do with his reports.
But that still doesn't seem like a strong enough reason to me.
If his injury is not okay, he could just not perform for the semi-finals, and then perform with the team in the final.
So why quit?
