Finally which seems like a long time well-tried-to hide secret is going to reveal. Finally our birthday boy made Sharon reveal the truth. I know he came to know about it accidently but then seeing the precap it's quite clear to see that Sharon was either trying to prove him that she is normal or trying to distract him.
