My thoughts on this are that critisism comes with the role of a celebrity. If he cant take people critisizing his girlfriend, he needs to acknowledge her as his girlfriend- he has not. The smart thing to do, would be to ignore the messages, but if they were to get overwhelming there is a mature way to respond to them- he obviously didnt use it.
