one question …. Adi and dhaba

Singhs are so reach then why didny Adi build own dhaba on preowned land or even buy land for that and then build dhaba instead on ginnis dhaba ?😵 shayad fir serial hi nahi banati 😆

As you said, serial nahi banta. But the logic used in the show was, The Dhabha in Adi's mom painting was same to same as Ginni's Dhabha. He did look around in Amritsar before settling on Ginni's Dhabha.
