Yes, yes, yes!!!!! finally someone who share my thoughts and views!!! I love your post.
Adi is the most emotionally unstable ML ever!!! one of the few things that I appreciate about this show that Adi's isn't shown as a multi millionaire self made chef already, but he's striving to become one and on his way to achieve this milestone he has to overcome many challenges including his emotions and his anger that always gets the best of him and is the biggest obstacle between him and his success.
I also like how namita and you mentioned that his father's abusive behavior is the reason he's so aggressive and frustrated towards all his relations but if his mother wasn't respected and that is his main reason for all this hatred then he should respect all women regardless of their status, he was never in the family business and only wanted to become a successful chef on his own then why he even cares about status??? he doesn't care about his so he shouldn't be bothered by anyone else's status too, anyone for the sake of this serial, say that anyone is Ginni and her family, I said earlier also that his arrogance is kind of a loophole that needs to be fixed by the makers of the show.
There was a show big little lies and in that show two school kids behaves wildly towards their class fellow to the point of scaring her so much that she ends up blaming another innocent kid, later in the end it is revealed that their father used to torture and beat her mother and so they thought that this is how all the girls and women in the world should be treated.
I again tell every one that it's painful to see Adi treating Ginni in this way and not hot, and her going to his home and falling in his arms was also not hot.
So, I am super glad that the story is now getting towards it's original theme "food and cooking' and I love how Ginni taunts Adi for leaving the show abruptly and it made him mad clearly and these are also his father's words who called him a looser and that's why I think he hates Ginni even more and is hell bent to snatch her dhaba from her just like his father snatches his childhood and his mother from him, this is something he needs to have control over and learn to be patient but he can't when he's around these two people and like you said that falling in love is not the solution , not at this point but surely he doesn't know that what kind of a person Ginni is and once he will begin to understand her, his softer side will surface even without him knowing about it😉 Adi cares about his Daarji and his reaction and above all he fears of losing Daaji, not so soon ofcourse but he will at some point will have the same feeling for Ginni though we all know it will take longer than expected and longer will be tolerable as long as the story will move forward according to it's theme and plot.
