Chandra sees Amatya in disguise of a common man. The village woman complains about her husband to Nandini. The woman praises Chandra for coming up with a very good law. Nandini is proud of Chandra. Chandra talks to more village people about their problems.


Both Chandra and Nandini are happy with the law benefitting village people. Chandra seeds Amatya again and goes to the house where Amatya is talking to someone. Chandra breaks into the house but Amatya escapes till then. The woman in the house says Amatya is not there. Chandra sees a box and enters it and finds a secret way inside. Chandra finds Amatya and puts sword on his neck and captures him. Chandra's soldiers take away Amatya. Amatya is made to stand in the courtroom and Chandra says that he is Nand's faithful and he is the one who had tried to harm his son.


Amatya tells Chandra that he is loyal to Nand and wants to kill Chandra. Amatya agrees to kidnap Bindusar. However, Amatya says that he never wanted to kill Bindusar. Amatya says he can never kill a child as he is a Brahmin. Chandra does not believe Amatya's words and says that he will give him death sentence. Chanakya says that it is a crime to give death sentence to a Brahmin and therefore they will give him another punishment. Chanakya tells Chandra to give Amatya life imprisonment.


Chandra agrees for this but warns Amatya never to harm his family. Later, Apama tells Helena that the only way she can create rift between Chandra and Nandini is to use Moora and Chhaya to create rift between them. Apama asks Helena to make a plan where Chandra will have to choose between Moora and Nandini. Chloe starts looking for the soldier who is Nandini's lover. Chloe catches an old soldier and takes him away. Chanakya comes to meet Amatya and tells him that he saved him today but Amatya did not save him when Nand had insulted him years back. Chanakya tells Amatya that he should know his duties well as Amatya. Amatya says that his loyalties will always remain towards Nand. Amatya tells Chanakya that he will not let his revenge get completed. Chanakya tells Amatya that he is a very intelligent but he is misusing his intelligence for his personal revenge. Chanakya asks Amatya to come on his side. Amatya refuses for it but Chanakya says that one day he will convince him to come on his side. Nandini praises Chanakya for saving Amatya from death sentence. Nandini says that she has learnt a lot from Amatya. Nandini says that Amatya loves Magadh and loves children. However, Chandra says that he cannot neglect Amatya's his bad deeds. Chandra says that Amatya could have harmed their son. Nandini tells Chandra that she will agree to any of his decision. Bindusar cries and Nandini sings a song for him. Nandini asks Chandra too to sing for Bindusar and both start singing together. Nandini says that Bindusar needs love of both parents and Chandra says that it means they have to live together always.

Precap: Apama tells Malay that he will be called back in the palace. Chandra tells Chhaya that she can ask anything and he will give it to her. Chhaya asks Chandra to bring back Malay to the palace. Moora agrees with Chhaya. Nandini refuses to bring back Malay. Moora asks Chandra to make a decision between her and Nandini.
