Yes, and the minute the funeral rites are over, Helena will evict Nandini from Chandra's rooms, and install herself there, cashing in all the IOUs he had stupidly scattered broadcast to her in the days when he was trying to make Nandini jealous, or to hurt her for still loving Malayketu or both.

He cannot deny anything he said then, so his goose, and ours, will be well and truly cooked. 😆

So beware of what you wish for, in case it is fulfilled, but with unforeseen side effects!😉

Anne, have you seen my longish post on prepage, where I had factored in both your posts to Sandhya?

I did Aunty. But I am reading frm my mobile and it is always tiresome to type comments using mobile. Will do so tomorrow.

In the meantime thank you for correcting my atrocity(ies). I find it always pleasing when someone corrects me. It shows that thy care enough I speak/write well.

As for wishing Daadi be gone...darn it Aunty, what sticky mess this Chandra has brought upon us! So we must be mad to wish her to stay on, because there is no telling what other horror she will unleash on us. But if we want her to leave thay will be absolutely mad too as Helena will claw her way back to Chandra's room.

Abit of catch 2-2 going on here.

Moora and daadi cheer leader but with strange costume like watching a 20 20 triller over the edge with last over last ball kind of 😆 just don't hurt your head

Now is two same faced girls why not daadi take one with her and her bahu too and live happily ever after in her la la land

As much as I enjoyed yesterdays take with helena and her mom today was torture and dur now she's getting on my nerves more than anyone else

My dearest Lashykanna,

I am glad you had fun here. From now on, I am going to stop commenting on anything on this thread or responding to comments by others, for I do not want to accelerate the next spike. My hand is tired with too much of typing today - not on the responses I should have made to the pending comments but, in an ill-disciplined manner, on some discussion posts, one of which was quite long. So I plan to ease off as far as this thread goes. I am sure it is in good hands!

Before I do that, I want to respond to your first point, or rather complaint, which is totally valid. This was perhaps the first time Chandra read a situation correctly and implemented a fairly complicated plan on his own, without either inputs or back up from Chanakya. In fact it was the other way around, for it is Chandra who provides the vital input about Roopa to Chanakya before he gets to Nand.

Maybe this sudden, effective activism was because the matter was deadly for Nandini. Maybe too he would have done the same even if it was not she who was involved. One does not know.

But one thing is clear, in matters political, both strategic and tactical, Chandra is still just a shishya. He has to have everything explained to him. So does Padmanand, but then he is stupid, an arrogant bull-headed fool. Chandra, however, is not. I am sure he will grow up in the political sphere as well, and prove himself as an independent strategist. Let us see. I am flattered by your assumption that I have some access to the director, my dear, but I am afraid that is non-existent!

I always say that no one else has the true, fine-tuned appreciation of words that you have. What you have deduced from a single line: It has lasted so long because Chandra wants it to, are proof enough of this, if at all proof was needed. @ blue is just perfect.

This is why, my pet, your comments are always a special pleasure for me.
