P tells G that Rahul won't be able to bring Vanshika back becos the drink she gave him had sleeping pills in it. And she will now make sure that tonight he goes back with her instead. (there is no limit to P's stupidity!)
Rahul struggles to get to his car; P stops him and argues that he should take her with him to bring Vanshika back; he reluctantly agrees. G also appears, wanting a lift home.
P makes Rahul take a different route to that of Vanshika's house; G tries to intervene (I assume she is fearing for her own job). Rahul spots Anisa standing by the roadside and so stops the car and asks her what she is doing there. Anisa explains that the car has broken down, and she asks him to continue whilst she takes a taxi. Rahul is adamant to drop her off personally. P's face falls.😆
Rahul begins to lose control of the car, Anisa tells P to make him stop driving; but P refuses to do so. Rahul loses consciousness and crashes into the lamp-post, next to which some people are sleeping. Anisa gets out to see if they have been hurt. One street-sleeper winks at the child, and they begin a faade of being injured/etc. The police sirens are heard (very convenient).😡
P and G leave the car quietly, whilst Anisa busies herself as to how to save Rahul (ie. Rahul being caught / company's reputation /etc ..only our Anisa can do that!). Anisa attempts to wake Rahul but to no avail; she then pushes him into the passenger-seat and positions herself behind the driving-seat ahead of the police appearing outside the car.
Anisa argues she was driving, but the street-sleepers argue it was Rahul. The police take both Anisa and Rahul away. G and P watch from behind a tree.😲
The police inspector tells Anisa to ring someone for bail. She hesitates to call her parents so the inspector tells her to ring Rahul's. Marlyani appears. The inspector recognises her, and apologies/etc; she tells him to clear Rahul from the incident, to which he offers that Anisa is already admitting it to be her fault. Marlyani tells Anisa off and leaves. 😡
Anisa's parents are getting worried about her being late. The phone rings, Anisa overhears her father telling his wife that he trusts his daughter/etc. Anisa lies to her dad, telling him that becos it's late she has decided to stop over at her friends. The inspector comments on her acting skills; and tells the guard to take her to the cell.
Inside the cell, Anisa is harassed by prostitutes.
PRECAP – Anisa asks the guard how she may get out, he tells her that considering she is all over the TV, he's sure some well-wisher will come to her rescue. Anisa is horrified and prays that her parents don't see the story. (a bit too LATE don't u think?!) 😕
I am honestly beginning to get really annoyed with Anisa – how can she be prepared to LIE to her parents (of all people) hurting their feelings in the process and even risks losing their trust? It seems she's forming a habit now.. she'll regret it!
