Yes it was kind of similar scenes. But you see there when shyam instigated Arnav about Khushi being characterless ... Arnav beleived him right away.

But here when chachi was saying khoobsurati ka faida uthana.. ungliyon pe nachana.... Deva showed her aukad😁

He didn't believe in her words easily because he knows Tara is not like that. He is more heartbroken than angry at this moment. Even when he is hurt by Tara he couldn't hear anything bad about Tara.

Vishal once said in an interview that Deva is an upgraded version of Lakhan Thakur... Lakhan never took any shit about Poonam from Bindiya and Rekha.. Deva too will not listen to anyone regarding Tara.. He believes that what transpires it should be Between Tara and him.Like Lakhan...he doesn’t allow any third party but when Soni said that Arjun and Tara are in love... His expression changed... It surely affected him.. But he will never let other see that... He is a very protective kind of a man.. Be it love or his revenge Jo hai uska hai... And I am sowww Liking it
