Creatives do I need to tell you guys how to do your job? Get Ashok married whenever the TRP goes down.And we audience get 5 love stories for the price of 1. Win-win situation for everyone concerned 😆

Hey ...u r forgetting Alex von tunzelmann who actually had written a whole article on film asoka about devi role but don't forget she said its empress devi , see historians too believe in ashoka devi ( asandhimitra ) love story.

Devi and Asandhimitra were not the same person my dear. Devi never set her dainty feets on Magadh where as Asandhimitra was the chief consort of Ashok.
Anyway it's futile to debate on this as no one is going to convince by the other. 😳

^^ I have read brand new information only, thanks to my friend Abhay who is practically researching about this.. so thank you very much for the suggestion. 😊
As you said none of the historians even can rightly predict what happened so many years ago. It's only different guesses and opinions.

@aditi_angel
I read ur post dear and have replied too.. please check dear..

@VasusenaRadheya
no hard feelings my dear friend... bt yeah the part that Devi had to face humiliation due to her caste is soo sad. I mean just imagine in her place.. Dats why I have soft corner for her. She is always referred to as a kind woman. And in all places she is named Vidisha Mahadevi... which means Great Goddess of Vidisha...

I think we can end the argumenrs here. After all we dont have any time machine. So we can accept what we like... At the end of the day... serial entertainment ke liye hai... hume class mein jaana hai padaayi karni.. ghar ka kaam hai...

If I was ever arguing with you.. which I think was not the case.. I apologize sincerely and yes let's end it here. 😳
As I said I have my interpretation, you have yours. CVs have their very own. 😆 So no point arguing. 🤗
Also I have respect for all of Ashok's wives. All of them played important roles in his life.

Sorry...can't stop myself from posting this
Don't feel like I m arguing but just remembered a fact...
Do u guys rem. Bimbisaar and ajatsatru who was samraat before ashoka time they referred there wife as mahadevi , ( another word of samaragi ), and mostly in ancient Indian culture mahadevi word is use in place of. Samaragi ,
A valid point that devi and asandhi are same @
