Vasunandhan says Ashoke has also not come out as he went back to search that no one is left out. Chankya Radhagupta and Dharma also watch from far. Ashoke is crying just then Bindusar regains consciousness and Ashoke is happy He gives support to Bindusar and both start out.

Dharma is worried that Ashoke has not come out and relies even Bindusar has not come out. All shocked and watching as the new palace collapses. Just then Vasunandan says Ashoke and Samrat and all watch them coming out. Dharma is relieved to see Ashoke, all to see Samrat his detractors are unhappy.Chankya says fearless can never lose and the lion roars. All sons go and hug Bindusar and slowly Ashoke disentangles himself. Subahu says the credit of saving the king goes to you and Siamik comes and says I will be in your debt lifelong for saving my father. All hail Ashoke as a savior of Maurya dynasty . Chankya says no one can escape fate what has to happen will happen and no one can change it. Dharma says to Chankya I always saw Ashoke as my son but you saw him a a great leader because of him to the King and the dynasty could be saved. Helena faints and Bindusar goes to her. Chankya says its time to meet Samrat.

Subahu and Vasunandan praise Ashoke in front of all students how his bravery intelligence and tenacy saved all and Siamik comes to a thoughtful Ashoke and says friend you wanted all to acknowledge your talent and not call you tuch (lowly)Ashoke says I could not save some innocents and Siamik says because of you so many are alive and Siamik says what if it happens again and Ashoke says it wont happen as Samrat will take steps so that it does not happen again and he advices Siamik when you become king before you trust anyone you should know his precedents and then tells Siamik I will always be with you and Siamik says as my Senapati . Just then Sushim comes and tells Siamik you can dream but it cant be reality and Looks at Ashoke. He says it is better to dream and try to fulfill it . Sushim arrogantly says truth is different as he thinks he is the heir and Ashoke says maybe your behavior is a hindrance to it. Sushim says you are responsible for the death of innocents you could have saved them and now you are trying to take credit for the whole thing.. Ashoke says I did my best and I also came to you but you did not listen to me and goes from there Sushim is thoughtful.

Chankya goes to a thoughtful Bindusar saying trying to find God in the sky and Bindusar says I never thought Rajiraj will indulge in such a big conspiracy he regrets it as his failure that he could not see the conspiracy because of which his people his family and his people had to suffer. All dead bodies and injured people are around him. He says Rajiraj is such a coward that he left his daughter and his people and ran away ,and he will find him and punish him in such a way that he future no one will dare to look at Magadh of his family or people and conspire against him. He then regrets that he did not listen to Acharya and did not think he was kidnapped whereas even the Ashoke who is like a son to me suspected something wrong when all said you have gone.

Chankya says this is not the time for regret but for future action when Bindusar again and again says he is unsuccessful.

Helene has fainted and not revived and the Vaidya says that she is in a shock that she has not regained consciousness and Justine says he wants to be alone with his mother for some time. As soon as all go out Helene opens her eyes and she and Justine have an argument he saying don't indulge in conspiracy and your continuous failures tell us that being a ruler is not in my fate.Justine asks her to forget this and live respectfully with the position they have.Helena denies and tells him that Chankya suspects me and if he reaches Rajiraj then that coward will tell all so he has to see that it does not happen. Justine says he know grandfather cheated him so he will hide and avoid us. Helena asks him to talk in a slow voice.

Rajiraj in a bullock cart covers his face in a blanket and the cart man says all gates out of Magadh are closed and when that man asks him who he is he says not to ask and go on riding . He beats up the man and runs he thinks though Nikotar told me a place where I can hide till the problems cools down after his betrayal he cant trust him and by now the Unanis must have put all the blame on me he is in a dilemma where to hide himself as all Magadh gates are closed.

At the Royal court Mahamatya shows a knife and says Rajiraj is the conspirator. Kurasan says he will find and punish him. Justine says he has been betrayed and made a means of this conspiracy through his wedding and his mother is still unconscious so he should be the one to find and catch him and drag him the betrayer to the court NIkotar agrees Kurasan smiles. Chankya, Radhagupt and Bindusar are quiet but then Bindusar says Acharya taught me long time back not to believe the obvious as a coward like Rajiraj cant plan such a big thing no doubt he helped construct the Lacquer palace but who was the one to dream the destruction of the Magadh dynasty this cant happen without inside help. Mahamatya asks the who do you suspect. Chankya replies you since you did not get to the bottom of this conspiracy ,then he says Mir Kurasan as you are the Army (senapati) general of Magadh how can so many Ujjani come inside with arms and weapons and construct the palace then he accuses Nikotor for bring in this proposal to send the high officials of army for training to Unan and then Justine as he never accepted any wedding proposal before this but this time readily agreed or could be Devi Helena.
