Next day neha was not feeling ok as she cried a lot yesterday…she just told her dad she will not go to collage today … even she has fever her dad told her to call leen to come and be with her as she is really ill she said no I will be fine just need rest..he said ok take care and he told her that he will be back soon in the evening… he asked her if she will go to the party she said no ..he said ok will see u later she said bye..

Neha received a call from leen in the afternoon ..she asked her why she didn't come and the worried thing that kinshuk asked about her .. she said don't talked about him I hate him ..leen said why ??..neha said just like that u will come to see me ??..leen said oh I will try as I will go to the party and have to get ready ..rohan will also go ..he said get well soon …neha said ok tell him thanx and will see u soon ..leen said ya sure and take care of ur self beautiful ..neha said ok bye ..leen said bye..

Suddenly some one comes to the house the worker comes and told her there is some one wants to see her she said he didn't tell his name ??..the worker said no he said u would love to meet him ..neha said ok I will come and she thought she must be leen and she is joking with her …neha wears a sweet blue solar ..when she got down she just shock ..can't be I didn't want to meet him ..kinshuk see her …in his mind waw even when she is ill she is so beautiful ..kinshuk said hi beautiful ..neha said hi and in her mind oh am not so good hope he will leave soon before I fall in front of him …

Kinshuk said r u ok now??..leen told me that u r ill ..she said ya am fine have a seat plz…he said oh I have to go but I get worried ..happy u ok … she said thanx ..and kinshuk leaves …neha feel good but now her mind start thinking about what will happen in the party ..priya holds him in front of all what she will do in the party ..i have to stop thinking and have to take rest ..she went to her room and slept… suddenly she heard her phone …when she checked it she found that there is someone try to call her ..omg 50 times…when she opened it she found that that person is no one only leen she smiled and said she may want to ask me how I am …she puts the phone and go to take a shower …..

In the other side …here in priya's party all is happy ..kinshuk couldn't see neha …he asks leen she told him that priya is not neha's friend…he said oh I have to solve this now he went to talk to priya …he talked with her but before he told her about that girl his phone rang when he answer he just run and leave all people here leen saw him she said what happen ..kinshuk said my sister had an accident ..and he run like crazy …leen called neha but neha didn't answer …she called her so many times but she didn't answer leen calls rohan she said fast u follow kinshuk I will tell neha ..rohan went with kinshuk …when priya know she just be so worried and follow kinshuk to the hospital …all in the hospital kinshuk's sister is in the operation room …kinshuk is sitting and he feels that his mind is stopped he can't even feel about this world ..his sister is his world he really didn't want to loss her … he is so worried even he couldn't feel priya's hand in his shoulder…rohan and leen is stand near kinshuk ..leen tries to call neha again now neha pick up her phone …neha:: leen am fine just little bit week..don't know strange feel is in me ..feel like I can't tell..leen said neha u have to come to the hospital kinshuk's sis is in the operation room ..neha said what ..i will come now but what I shall do I don't even know kinshuk so deep ..we r just friend..leen shouts and said neha u have 2 plz come fast u didn't know anything ..neha said know what …leen said plz come fast …neha ends the call and said what is happening ???

Neha said what I have to understand ??…now neha is in the hospital…kinshuk is still in shock can't feel about any one ..suddenly his heart beat so fast he looks to the door he saw neha he stands up rohan and priya is shocked..leen is smiled kinshuk runs to neha and hugs her and start crying and said am so afraid I can't loss her …where have u been jaan ..why u be so late u know that I need u now more than any time else.. neha couldn't say a word she is shocked what is happening !!!…after a while kinshuk holds neha hand and makes her walks with him ..till they sit in the sofa kinshuk still holding neha's hand and he puts his head in her shoulder …neha still can't believe what is happening…???!!!
