Chapter 11: Happy Family

Next morning when Viren opened his eyes, he realized that they were almost reaching Shimla. Dew drops were falling from leaves. He saw flowers everywhere. He heard music of birds. Cool breeze started to caress his hair like a mother caressing her child. He felt nature welcoming him.

He was on his way to his home. Earlier he thought the only thing connecting him with Shimla was Nivi. Now he was sure that he was wrong. Now he could feel an unknown happiness. Now he is almost near to his Jaan. He could see her at any moment.

When they reached a particular place, Viren felt he was more familiar to that place and he has some connection to that place. Then he remembered this is the place where he and his Nivi used to visit. They were about to cross that park, then Nivi asked driver to stop the car.

She got down from the car and turned towards Viren. Viren asked "Is this ur place?" "No..I mean Yaa… and haan… how much I need to pay?" Viren asked "For what?" "I need to pay the half amount..naa…"

"Ohhh…" Viren shook his head." No…no need to pay. Anything for friends..."

"Friends…? You and me..? How come..?"

"We are travelling together since yesterday evening and we both are from Shimla. So we will meet again right. Then what will stop us from becoming friends." Then he extended his hand towards Nivi and said "By the way, I am…." Before he could complete Nivi turned and walked away from the car.

Viren again surprised by her behavior. He saw her entering into the park. Some flash went through his mind. He was about to follow her, his mobile rang. It was Sid. "Haan.. Bhai.. Haan.. I will reach there within half an hour." Then he decided to continue his journey.

He reached the hospital. Then he began to walk towards reception. Then he noticed that at the entrance Sid eagerly waiting for him. He saw Sid's photo in face book. He was sure that Sid didn't notice him. He changed a lot. But Viren was sure that one thing never changed. He still loves Viren in same intensity or more than that. He looked towards the sky and said "Thank u god for giving me such a sweet brother.."

Sid took his phone and began to call Viren. He heard a mobile ringtone near to him. He saw Viren standing near to him. Viren dropped his bag to ground. They looked each other for a second. Sid couldn't believe what he was seeing. He wanted to confirm it was not a dream. Viren ran towards him and tightly hug him.

They started crying. Everyone passing them began to look at them and wondered that was there another sibling relation like this in this world.

After few minutes, Sid said "Viren.. I won't let u go again from here." Viren said, "But Bhai.. I have only one month leave. I want to leave after that." Sid didn't want to hear any more excuses. "No. you will not go. There are no other questions about this."

Sid grabbed his hand and started walk towards the ICU where Dada Sahib admitted. From the distant itself Viren saw Dadi Maa, Tyaji, Divya and Chanchal sitting outside the room. Vandana saw him. She informed all others. All were staring at him as they seeing him for the first time.

Viren went to Dadi Ma first. She caressed his face and then hugged him. Viren asked Dadi Maa in mischievous manner, "After seeing Sid, I thought why he is so lean. Who eats all food at Sood Mansion? But now I got all answers… I can't even hug u properly" Everyone started laughing."You Badmash…. "

Then he went to Vandana. Her eyes were filled with tears. He wiped those tears and said, "Tyaji.. Now I am with then why are u crying?" she replied,"Badmash ..Yeh Khushi ke ansoo he… " .. "Ohh…Then u carried on…"

Then he turned towards Chanchal. She was sitting on the same place. She was holding her chair for support. She was not looking at Viren. Viren could see the pain in her face. He slowly walked towards her. He sat on his knees. He forcefully took her hand. Then he kissed on it. Viren asked slowly "Maa… You still don't want to see me…." He paused for a second." You know how much I missed u." Tears started flowing from his eyes. One drop fell on Chanchal's hand. She shocked and looked at his eyes. She kissed his forehead, then hugged him and started to cry. Tears spoke for them.

"Viren… Please don't leave me again. Please..." "No Maa.. I won't…" They remained in the state few more second. Then Sid touched Viren's shoulder. He raised his head and look at Sid. "Can we go to see Dada Sahib?" Viren became silent for a second and then nodded his head.

Chapter 12: The Magic of Love

Viren slowly opened the door. Dada sahib lay on the bed. His eyes were closed. Viren stood at the door itself. He was watching Dada Sahib. He changed a lot. Viren understood his vision was blocked by tears. Sid touched his shoulder. Viren wake up from his thoughts. He walked towards Dada Sahib. He sat on the bed. Then he took Dada Sahib's Hand. Dada Sahib slowly opened his eyes.

As soon as Dada Sahib saw Viren, his eyes filled with tears. He tried to say something. He held Viren's hand. His eyes were pleading for forgiveness. He tightened his hold in Viren's hand. "Viren' Beta' I am sorry'" Viren suddenly stopped Dada Sahib. "Please Dada Sahib. Please don't say sorry. I don't like you pleading in front of anyone. " Dada felt pain in mind again. "Viren' You came here when I called you' You know how happy I am" Viren said "How I can't come here? I was waiting for your call last 15 years. I know when you hear the truth you will call me."

Dada Sahib couldn't control his tears now." Viren I am nothing in front of you now. For your small mistake I sent you away from family and not allowed to come home. I took 15 years to understand you." Viren said "Dada Sahib you know,when you injured deeply at heart, we never recover until we forgive"

Sid became happy after hearing their conversation. Viren stayed there half an hour more chatting with Dada Sahib. Dada Sahib asked Sid to call doctor. When doctor came there Dada Sahib said "I want to go home now." Everyone shocked to hear his decision. Doctor said that he want to stay hospital at least one day more. Viren affectionately scolded Dada Sahib and asked him to stay one more. Dada Sahib agreed to stay.

Sid asked Viren to have breakfast. He said he also come with him to canteen. But Viren asked him to stay with Dada Sahib.

Nivi was rushing to Hospital. She came to know about Dada ji when she reached home. She was walking towards reception.

When Viren reached reception he saw decoration of red roses. Red lights were falling from the roof. Cool breeze started to touch his face. He heard sound of wind shield. He felt some magic entering into him. He intake air so he could feel that magic in every part of his body. He slowly closed his eyes. His hands were in his pocket. He seemed like he is in another world. He didn't know how long he stood there. Suddenly someone collide with him.

He opened his eyes. He saw Nivi. "You???' Here????" She looked around. Viren didn't understand why she looking around. He looked at her questioning manner. She said"I didn't saw any board saying only you can come here. " For a second Viren didn't understand what she said. After that he became angry. He said "I think you are sick... Sometime he will help you." Then he pointed towards a board. It read "Dr. Narayan, Psychiatrist."Now Nivi become angry. She stared at him. Viren smiled at her and walked away.

After taking few steps Viren turned towards her and called her "Hey." Nivi looked at him. He looked at bandage at her hand. "How are you now?" She replied, "I will tell you after consulting with Dr. Narayan." Then she smiled at him and walked away. Viren shook his head.

Nivi reached in front of Dada Sahib's room. She still annoyed so she didn't notice she already reached room. She continued to walk. Divya held her hand and asked "Nivi' where are you going" Nivi awake from her thoughts"Ahhh".. Chanchal was not happy to see Nivi. She walked away from there. Nivi held Divya's hand. She frightened now. "Di' Dada ji Kaise he' I now only reached from Delhi. I was so scared after hearing that Dada ji is ill." Divya said "You don't worry Nivi. He is alright now.. And he is taking rest.." Suddenly Divya remembered about Viren. She looked at Nivi and said "Nivi'''."
