The duo talks about their experience at Macao and being part of the STAR family.
Siddharth reveals that he got nostalgic about his trip to Venice after seeing The Venetian Macao. Says Siddharth, "I lived in Europe for two years, so memories of my stay came flooding back when I visited The Venetian, Macao, as it is a replica of Venice. The ambience was wonderful." Divya, too, was left enchanted by the beauty of The Venetian and adds, "We would party all night long and yet get up at six every morning just to roam around the hotel which was so huge and seemed never ending. Each of us were allotted our own suites, which were luxurious. The awards were an excellent break."
Siddharth was on cloud nine on learning that he was nominated for an award. Siddharth gushes, "It felt great to be nominated in the best new face category. I did not get the opportunity to perform or host the awards this year, but I definitely hope to do that at the next STAR Parivaar Awards."
Siddharth was also pleasantly surprised when the locals recognized him. He says, "I met a lot of Indian fans in Macao, who praised my performance in the show but the surprising part was when I bumped into some local girls in the bar and they recognized me as Siddharth. They even offered to buy me a drink which was sweet of them."
While Divya reveals that she chose to roam around in the Venetian itself, Siddharth grabbed the opportunity to tour the entire city. "The Venetian was so huge that I did not feel the need to go out of the hotel," grins Divya while Siddharth quips, "Rajan Shahi sir and his family decided to go on a city tour and I joined them. The city is beautiful and the casinos reminded me of Las Vegas."
