if Divya was dumb, then it was something else! I feel she is just shallow in character, she does not care anyone, other than her own self, her own zid. I dont think, she even cares for her own parents. I dont know why, these Divya like people always land up with very good people, like Nivedita,Sid, who bear all their tantrums.😔

Honestly Bani.....I doubt u will be like that......coz if the person knows n understands the qualities to be a civilized human being....then i think that person will put that in use in thier real lives as well.........n i feel u r one of them.

She does look like she doesnt care beyond her happiness...........but i dont understand the rules of nature......as to y bad people like Divya live happily with the support of good souls like Sid n Nivi..........................and the good souls have to suffer living with the bad people.

actually, this is a common psychology of people, they try to balance on both sides. But a time comes, when one needs to take one side.

Like Divya knew Nivi needed them when Keshav was sick, how helpless Nivi was, she saw with her own eyes, she even felt so! but as soon as her mother told her that she should not mingle with Nivi, as her sasural will be upset, she just turned her back. But you will see, when a day comes, when everyone is speaking good about Nivi, she will also say many good things. I have seen many people like this in real -life, actually, creatives have not spoiled her character, but progressed her character well. That a girl who starts off like this, she will behave in this way later. She is fine with Nivi, as long as she feels, Nivi is not a threat, whether as a bahu or in relation to Sid!

actually, Divya like people, have no personality of their own.

I think it all depends on a mother..........n her upbringing.

Looking at HL...........anyone wud guess Divya is her child.......coz HL herself is like a child........she always have this attitude of..........this is mine....u cant have it...........i cant share it.

HL does injustice not just to Nivi.....but also to Sid..........by dropping this bomb in his life.

No matter how bad ur mother is.......u will always remain fond of her....n respect her.................n its the same with Divya.........she knows her mom is wrong at times.....but she still listens to her n sides her...........n like her mom....she also learned how to be selfish n stubborn n dumb.

Divya cannot dump her mother, I know. But she can make some efforts to rectify her. Its said, that children grow up and parents get old, roles are reversed. Divya understands everything, how HL is utilising Nivi or trying to encroach in her sasural, but she keeps quiet. She will not utter anything, till her own self is hurt. I agree that her being brought up by HL is the root cause. Pratap, the other day, told HL, that instead of talking to Sid, HL should make Divya understand. The way, he said that Sid has to take care of so many stuffs, like the entire business etc. I feel Sid needs a wife who can be compassionate. Because I dont see even his mother being compassionate to him, rather always trying to find fault with him.

yuhee baba! my friend is angry! I am very scared of you now! If someone's character has been really butchered or played with, I 'ld say its Nivi. Two days back, when I saw Yash working as a waiter, I felt, that though Nivi could feel Divya's pain, she could do nothing to aleeviate her duty as Yash's sister. When she married Viren, she completely flew with time, totally forgetting that her father was not back, and she needs to support her little brother and her old Dadi, that was her primary duty.

U completely echo my feelings as to why Divya is not a right girl. But I feel, RS will bring in his personal reasons, of not dumping the character Divya, rather the actor, and hence keep this character with Sid. Its a pain! If I leave watching this show,it would be only for this character Divya, being opposite to Sid.
