weekend was good , busy - mil sister turned 90 so went to dinner and then went to temple and gym yesterday

so far so good diabetes wise but only pain in the shoulder. doctor say I have a frozen shoulder and to take an injection for it but I don't want to take it as it's temporary relief. I though she would have sent me for physio therapy

I might go again but to a different doctor. at night time it troubles me a lot as got to find a good resting place to avoid pain. You look after yourself for once 🤗
