Can anyone give me a brief summary of whats happened so far in this show?

Or just the main question- why is the bahu suppose to get married again?

What's happened so far? Well, we saw Krish getting engaged to his long time best friend Paolami, but then he fell in love with Rajni at this cousins wedding that he went for. He convinced his family to get him married to Rajni instead of Paolami, who was very supportive of Krish. Krish and Rajni finally get married and are reallly happy with their marriage. Crisis start when Rajni sees her "friend" at the protest outside of Krish's house because Krish's family have decided to fire about 100 workers to get a deal because they can't have a lot of workers sitting idle.
Krish loses his contract for his dream deal because of Rajni. He gets over it fast and finally understands that Rajni was right and she was working for the betterment of the company when Krish gets the award for being most humane in the business. He dedicates his award to Rajni saying that if it wasn't for her, he wouldn't have realized what he was doing.

Then, Krish-Rajni go for their honeymoon and lie to Krish's family that they are going to be visiting Rajni's parents in the village. Krish's parents are at the same resort as Rajni-Krish. Humour builds up around then. But while, Krish gives Rajni flowers for her hair, Rajni reads in the newspaper that some Archana woman has died and that the funeral will take place the next day. Rajni starts acting weird with Krish and she demands to go back to Mumbai. Rajni hides the truth from Krish. And Krish supports her throughout unknown to the truth.

Spoilers say that Yash's kid is the one Rajni gave birth to as a surrogate mother. It hasn't been confirmed through the channel or the show yet.
