Kishwer Merchant back in Brahmarakshas

Kishwer Merchant, who was seen briefly in the beginning of new show Brahmarakshas, is all set to return to the same show. She will continue to play the role of the antagonist, Aparajita.


Hinting at a potential twist in the plot, Kishwer shared her look on Instagram and wrote: "And look whos back in #Brahmarakshas on @zeetv... aage aage dekho hota hai kya... #actor #tvshow #aprajita #inascene #lovemywork"


Even though she had limited screen time earlier, Kishwer's character managed to leave an impression on the audience. On the show, she plays a woman who cheats on her husband (Parag Tyagi) and kills him eventually. He resurrects soon after to seek vengeance and for that he transforms into a beast.
Brahmarakshas, aired on Zee TV, is said to be loosely based on Sanjeev Kumar-starrer horror fantasy 'Jaani Dushman' and the Hollywood flick 'Beauty and the Beast'.
