If you DNF an audio book, then you will have to calculate how many pages you read based on the number of hours you listened to the Audio book.

The standard is 40 pages an hour at Normal speed.

Understood. Thanks for clarifying.smiley9

I edited my post and added another question btw.

Nope, only epub format on iPhone

Also, do IF FFs/OS count if I round every 300 word to one page?

One page is too less. You will need to log at least Novella sized fics (minimum 60 pages or 18,000 words)

Ri, how do we log audio books? Just asking in case I do end up switching.

And if we read FFs, what is the total word count for it to be considered a book. since reading OS wouldnt be fair and cannot be counted as one book.

I just responded to this and updated it in the FAQ on Page 1.

We will need novella sized fics at least ... minimum 60 pages or 18,000 words.

At my best, I could easily finish one medium-sized book per day... and this was while going about with a normal school / college day. As it so happens, these days, my schedule is so haywire that reading even one chapter per day is difficult. While I still read more than 200 pages worth of words every month... it mostly consists of online fan fiction where a page count is difficult. Not sure if I'll sign up for April... but if my schedule lightens up, I'll try going back to actual books for May smiley9

Thanks for the tag though @DreamOfEndless smiley10

Stuti if you read FFs/ online fiction, we are now accepting anything that is a novella or more i.e 60 pages or 18000 words. If you have a word count for the story, all you need to do is divide by 300 (which is the ballpark figure for word count in a single print page) and log that to the nearest whole number. Would you like to sign up and try? No pressure and no judgment if you aren't able to read a lot. We get everyone has commitment, we just wanted this initiative to push people into reading as much as they can.

We've decided to include FFs and online fiction provided a word count is available but to avoid dealing with larger numbers and to accommodate most people who will be reading physcial &/or e-books, we ask that you log in number of pages by dividing the total word count by 300 (which is taken as the average ballpark figure for word count per print page) .

You will need to tell us the Book/ Fic name and the author's name in your post but will PM a link of the story to your team captain.

If this is acceptable to you to sign-up, please let me know how many books I can put you in for for April

Sign me in for 1-5 books!smiley9
