Mls usually have no other personality than being ultra rich workaholic demi god who can buy the whole world

Usually I end up liking the parallel couple more than the leads

I love face slapping but sometimes there's so much of it that it becomes bad

Every ML also has perfect body, nice abs, a lot of black cards, every other female character is after him and only he has the courage to make an enemy out of the whole world for the FL

I also love those novels where the MC tranmission as the villainess of the OG story, they are absolute fun

I was talking about a dedicated Book Club - where we vote/ pick a book to read for a month? (Format tbd) and then all of us will discuss that one.

Ohh that type of a club! I always wanted to be a part of that kinda book club

Sure I'm in for it too unless it's mandatory to participate in all the reading goals.

I'm really sorry Lizzie. I'm not suitable for that kind of book club. I was a part of book clubs and I realised book clubs were not right for me. I like to read books of my own choices. And I also prefer to read at my own pace. But when it comes to book of the month format, participants need to read the books which get maximum votes. For example- a historical fiction gets the maximum votes for a month. I'll never be able to read it because I have zero interest in historical fiction. Apart from that, I'm very slow when it comes to reading. And as a participant of a book club, I'll feel pressurized to finish a book within a month. However, all the best for your new initiative! I'm sure you'll find a lot of interested people.

I'm ready for the challenge! But I don't know how much I'll be able to read in April because I'm a very slow reader.

Read during the month and then talk about it in the last week or so of the month

OR

Read-along - do one chapter a day and then discuss it.

I realize we'll end up reading a few duds, and it may not all be something we like, but it will encourage us to expand our reading habits and the discussion is always fun! I'm part of a read-along Book club on FB and it's been fun so far. I have read books that I would otherwise never pick up on my own, and surprisingly it's been good fun!
