I am in. I love reading books a lot.

If looking for a fun reading session that hits a hard morale then 'Who moved my cheese' is a great choice but it hardly takes 4-5 days to read that book.

For more mature readers, Arundhati Roy's 'The God of small things' is great but its very serious kinda book.

My personal fav would be da vinci code.

I think Inheritance of loss or namesake sound great if everyone agrees. i could get it from the library here. 😛

@natasha: im actually pretty busy w/ studies myself and have too much of text book material stuff to read. but, as tanaz suggested if we spread it over a month it wont be a problem. do u think u can do it? 😳

@twinnie: YAY!! ur here 😃 thanks for the suggestions. i will definitely find time to read those soon. 😛

Yeah, the book club should discuss new releases and bestsellers. That's the only way to pick a book no one has read. Or we could discuss a book everyone has read.

3 weeks - so lets say once a month? I think thats a good way to have a detailed discussion on a book. I think the discussions should be intense on these, so that we really dissect everything - from the plot to the individual characters.

ya...thats how a book club work....i was once in a book club they used to follow these rules

Procedure

Nomination Limit:
*Every member can nominate only one book to give everyone an equal chance.
Poll:
*Every month, the first 10 nominations will be included in the poll.
In a case of tie, the Moderator will choose one of the books which gets the most votes.
