I am so with you guys on the whole Jacob/Nessie thing. It's like, what, you can't get the mum so you go for the kid? Who, in case you haven't noticed, has JUST been BORN?! Totally, TOTALLY gross.
And since I'm on the subject of Jacob, can I just say that I positively loved how devoted Jake was to Bella? Bella totally does not deserve someone who was as good to her as Jake was. I mean, he's there for you when your bf dumps you and flies off, but as soon as bf comes back, you just...unceremoniously ditch him? Seriously, Bella? Good grief, woman. Honestly, Twilight doesn't seem anything more than a...well, not a schoolgirl fantasy, per say, but a married woman's fantasy. Which makes it all the more ickier.
Rosalie was pretty awesome. TBH, I loved the other vamps and their powers way more than I cared for Ed. Alice's character was really fun, she was all bouncy and excitable and stuff; and then she's got Jasper, who is like the complete opposite of her. Then you've got Rosalie and Emmett, who are really cute in themselves. Emmett is like this big teddy bear that you want sitting on the corner of your bed whenever you sleep at night. (Um, did that come out as wrong as I think it did? *hides*) But yes, Damon FTW. ☺️ There's just something about a psychopathic and just full-out crazy vampire with the cutest lines ("I was ambushed, I was shot, and now I'm vengeful" is the only line I can remember, although I liked the one with Stefan stabbing him with a knife and then Damon just complains about it being a branded shirt better. 😳 Sorry, Radz! *kaan pakar-ing* I promise I'll make it up to you!) that trumps a teddy bear-ish vampire.
