I have this little book full of quotes. It's called 'Heart of a Buddha', it has the teachings of Buddha. Some of my favs:
-Forgive and be free. Forget that you have forgiven and be freer.
- Since everything is a reflection of our minds, everything can be changed by our minds.
- Hear what is said, retain what is important and speak what is worthy. Attach to nothing.
- Pity arises when we are sorry for someone. Compassion is when we understand and help wisely.

These two were very BEAUTIFUL thanks for sharing!! I especially LOVED the third one!!

A current fave quote of mine would be Mohammed Ali's

It's lack of faith that makes people afraid of meeting challenges, and I believe in myself.

Its succinct but effective😊 I think of it before I do something new or something I am afraid to do.
