No magic, only tragic!

THODA PYAAR THODA MAGIC is one of the biggest disappointments of this year in the international markets. Generally, a Yash Raj film has its share of loyal followers, but the failure of films like JHOOM BARABAR JHOOM, LAAGA CHUNARI MEIN DAAG, AAJA NACHLE and TASHAN has eroded the fan-base. That's one of the reasons why THODA PYAAR THODA MAGIC failed to attract footfalls at cineplexes in U.K., U.S.A. and Australia.

There was a lot riding on THODA PYAAR THODA MAGIC, since both Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukerji are extremely popular with the videshi junta. Plus, the theme of THODA PYAAR THODA MAGIC is exactly what the Indian diaspora relishes. That explains why Yash Raj released the film extensively in these territories. But alas! THODA PYAAR THODA MAGIC is one of the lowest Yash Raj openers here.

As per the reports puring in now, TPTM is most likely to do average business in India. Crashing of the film abroad has nothing to do with the content of the film. The film is well-made. Blame it on YRF's bad run in the past, incompetemt marketing or whatever but TPTM is a good film in it's own right.

It would be great if it succeeds decently in India. And if it doesn't, Kunal, Saif and Rani need not bother. It was a good effort really. 😳

the movie failed badly. good good. Lets hope Bachna Ae Hasino does not
work and than Rab ne bana di jodi.

That will def bankrupt YRF. gosh, Lets if this wish is full filled 😆

I enjoyed the movie it was so sweet and very nicly made.
Saif, Rani n the Kids were great. Songs were ok esp the one played thruout movie so soulful n meaningful! 😊
