Kajol performs father's last rites

Kajol's dad Shomu Mukherjee passed away on April 10th and so on the teesra day (3rd day) Kajol, Ajay Devgan, Tanishaa went to Pune to immerse his ashes.

A source close to the family informed us, "Kajol and Ajay went to Pune on April 13th for the last rites of Shomu Mukherjee. The main purpose of their visit was to immerse his ashes in Triveni Sangam as his last wish was to visit Pune."

The source added, "Both Kajol and Ajay got very emotional. Kajol immersed the ashes because she does not have a brother. Tanishaa was supporting her elder sister. We really don't have any idea about their future plans and whether they will shot for Rock N Roll Family soon."

Meanwhile, Kajol and Ajay Devgan's recent release U.Me Aur Hum has opened to a good response.

My heart goes out to the family! May God be with them in such a crucial moment in their lives.

I just saw U Me Aur Hum and its an amazing and a very meaningful film.

Kajol and Ajay's best performances ever!!

I recommend all to watch it and learn alot from the film.
