Now Salman will battle Amitabh and Shah Rukh

Hosting Television shows seems to be the rage for every Bollywood star and Salman Khan is no exception.

Hot on the heels of Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan, our wonder boy Sallu is all set to anchor a show for Sony Entertainment Television, for which he will be paid a staggering Rs 89 crore. Salman is expected to be part of over 100 episodes of this new show, whose format and schedule is being kept under wraps for the time being.

A source told Mumbai Mirror, "Although many people consider him rude and eccentric, Salman has often revealed the compassionate side of his personality without making a song and dance about it. Apart from the content which promises to be mind-blowing, this kind-hearted quality of Salman is what is expected to see the show through."

It is expected that Salman could begin shooting for the game show as early as next month and the programme might go on air at the same time of day as Shah Rukh Khan's Star Plus venture Kya Aap Paanchvi Paas Se Tez Hain? The third rival Television network, Zee, are trying their very best to persuade Amitabh Bachchan to host a show for them at the same time also

If all goes as planned by the big networks, then we could see three big stars fighting it out for small screen viewers, and that too in the same time slot.
