I was watching Jab we met and thinking how adorable Kareena was because Geet is the kind of charecter evreyone can relate to and i felt so bad for her when she got rejected by idiot Anshuman knowing that he didnt love her but she wouldnt give up proving how naive we are when we fall in love she played it so effortlsly that i felt no other actess can create that kind of bubbly persona.

Priety would be just as good i reckon not saying i didnt like kareena as geet....geet like you said can relate to her falling in love with a guy and leaving everything ...i am punjabi-sikh as well i can say she did so welll making the character so normal and all the traits etc though only thing did not agree with was her runnning away..but she was too sweet way she helped shahid and afterwards she went to that place and was helping there too and she was jokes 😆 😆

i think that Preity or Rani wouldve been great as Geet! I guess Kareena did a good job...Im sort of ticked w/ her at the moment so....Rani or Preity.

much of the credit wud go to imitaz ali as well as kareena herself

its dissapointing that imtiaz ali's first movie Socha Na tha went unoticed just becos the star cast was not so poplar as was in JWM . It was a very cute feel good movie and imtiaz managed to extract natural performances from both ayesha takia and abhay deol .i think that wud be my absolute fav movie. and like JWM the dialogues r fantastic !!
