This is the debate yaar....he is a child but does acting has a age as barrier.

If he is the main actor of a movie WHY can't he get nominated as a best actor....

Acting is acting and his acting was not of a child actor but better than many actors nominated in the Best actor category...

Thats why I like SRK in this respect...he always acknowledges love/ adulation/ acknowledgement in any form...

the other day on TV I saw him walking down for some function and some girls were standing on the side showering flower petals on him...he actually stopped and acknowledged them and said thank u before moving on...👏

Thats the reason why Aamir will never have a following like SRK...because the latter rules the hearts of people!😃

I beg to differ slightly...The reason Aamir Khan doesn't quite enjoy the success of SRK is because of his choice of films....Whilst SRK does a Swades or a Chak De for every five 'masala' movies(the ratio being 1:5), Aamir's ratio is quite the opposite...Lets consider the films they have done in this millenium..Lagaan, Dil Chahta Hai, Mangal Pandey, RDB, Fanaa and Taare Zameen Par....Juxtaposing SRK's filmography.... Mohabbatein, Asoka, K3G, Devdas, Chalte Chalte, Kal Ho na Ho, Main Hoon Na, Veer Zaara, Swades, Paheli,KANK, Don, Chak De, OSO.....SRK does more number of films and commercial films at that, whereas Aamir's only hard-core potboiler was Fanaa(which was a bigger hit than KANK and Don in 2006)...Thank God we have an actor like Aamir Khan who's got his priorities right and has the foresight to support films like Rang De Basanti(which was refused by loads of actors like SRK and Hrithik) and Taare Zameen Par, or else all that we'd be left with would be mindless Akshay Kumar comedies and done to death SRK hamming...

Back to topic, Didn't loads of you people agree that Darsheel deserves the "NATIONAL AWARD" just a few days back??😉...So why this volte-face now, lags?...When Akshay Kumar refused to collect the award for the best actor in a comic role(because he believed that he is the hero of the given comedy in question and should therefore have been nominated in the best actor category), such a brouhaha wasn't whipped up.... I didn't see that decision having affected his popularity either ...Akshay is the biggest star as of today with every film of his doing mightily well, so I don't see how refusing awards diminishes the popularity of an actor😕..And as a matter of fact, Screen Awards is NOT audience choice, it's adjudicated by the special jury...

Darsheel Safary is quite a precocious kid ...One should have read the recent interview he did for Mid Day, they way he judged actresses like Rani, Kareena and Ash...It's very much possible the kid refused the award of his own accord, especially when he is touted to deserve the National award...Refusing awards is not Aamir's forte anyway, he sure doesn't attend award functions thereby disparaging and debunking them, but has never publicly "refused" them, has he?...

I am sic of hearing people saying the movies done by SR are just great while all others are wasting theri time in Bollywood.

What they forget to understand is SRK is surviving on these kind of people only. He does films that makes him famous and ..RICH. But

Amir Proved how great actor he is and creativity is waht he is looking for. Thats the reson why for his first production and first Firection he choose a subject like TZP....Hats off to him.

This Huh Ha about Darsheel's comment is only because few people want SRK to win all teh awards for Chak De (which was an OK movie) and OSO (which was just not even a thing to comment on).....

^^You're right. Darsheel is becoming like Aamir now. Yea, I agree he was excellent in his role but SRK truly deserved the award! Darsheel should at least be happy that he got an award!
