Is the film industry runing out of idea for good movie script, is that the reason why they copy off hollywood?

It is not a thing of now.

If you compare the films of 50s and 60s too you will find many stories lifted from then Hollywood films. Actors even copying styles of Hollywood actors and songs lifted.

It is natural that we tend to praise the olden era and put down the present one but seriously there is no difference. They copied then or rather they got "inspired" then and they keep getting "inspired" even now.
