being one of AR Rahman's bigggggggggeessst fans, I don't think he'll be winning this year. as wierd as it is for me to admit it... I think Pritam deserves the award this year.

aw man Life In A Metro has sooo many nominations, I hope it'll win at least one award. I really liked that movie, but compared to all the other big-shot projects, it really comes across as an underdog.

And the criteria for winning is professional excellence, not just popular view. A Screen Award is thus considered the toughest award to win ..."

No wonder the nomiantions look relatively sane!😉

Screen used to have better nominations, of late they seem to be missing a couple of very good nominations.

Gandhi my father should have been nominated in Best film category. all nominees for choreography is so-so (Vaibhavi may stand a chance here), they could have included 'Mere Dholna' dance from Bhool bhulaiya which was mind-blowing in its conception & execution.

Dwij Yadav for Nanhe Jaisalmer is missing but they have included the 2 kids from TRRP who had absolutely nothing to do in the movie😕. Of course, we all know Darsheel is going to take this award😉.

Thank Goodness they did not include Rani Mukherjee for LCMD or Priety Zinta for JBJ & the like. But I too felt Vidya Balan (BB) deserved a nomination here and am glad they did not miss Tabu 👏

Vipin Sharma for TZP & Farah Khan (OSO) seem bad choices to me.

They should have put Irfan Khan for Metro instead of this one!
