There's news for Shah Rukh Khan. Manoj Kumar is still very, very upset with him. In fact, he has threatened to go to court in the next 72 hours if the scenes spoofing him are not deleted from Om Shanti Om.

That's what Manoj Kumar has told us. Also, he is grossly upset at the fracas which happened at his building Goswami Towers in Juhu, four days ago. He says, "A huge section of the media turned up outside my building. When I looked out, I saw that a huge tamasha was happening down there. The whole place had become like a fish-market."

What did he do then? Manoj replies, "I called up Shah Rukh. When he had called up to apologise to me sometime back, he had given me his number. I called him thrice on that number. I wanted to know if he was coming to my house that day and why had the media and police gathered there."

So what did SRK reply? "Shah Rukh did not take my call. I was shocked. After some time, I just told the media and the police to disperse. What else could I do?" Manoj says, and adds, "They understood, and dispersed."

Was SRK supposed to meet him? "Yes, SRK had told me that he would come and meet me, but he didn't say when. I don't know who told the media that he was coming on that day."

Back to his grouse. "When Shah Rukh had called up to apologise, he had promised that he would delete all the scenes which I had objected to. It has hit me below the belt," Manoj replies.

"Frankly, I don't believe in litigation. But after three days, I will consult my well-wishers and advisors and if they say that I should knock the doors of a court, I will. I am not going to stop protesting," he adds.

than that means in all hindi movies poking jokes about other actors or actresses should be deleted!!!! coz in every film scenes are copied from the other films, they joke about other stars...

MK is wasting his retirment money on courts and lawers.......srk just donate him some money....or maybe a tiny slice of ur fame.....what a golden chance for mk.

manoj kumar scenes should be deleted no questions about that.. i am sure SRK would be hurt too.. if 30 yrs down the road.. some new superstar makes fun of him... SENIORS should BE RESPECTED...NOW lets not forget our CULTURE.. ask any one FROM 70'S.. MANOJ kumar was a huge star... 😊

People esp. in the industry have a very short-lived memory. If one has the name and power, gets the respect otherwise conveniently forgotten. If one is off the party circuits and radar then no one bothers about the actor. Mr.Bachchan is lucky who commands same and much more respect even now. Look at actors like Rajesh Khanna, no one asks about him. Parveen Babi was forgotten. Even her close friends didn't attend her funeral. This time even Sanjay Dutt had very few visitors in the prison. People, I guess, got used to him going and coming out of prison all the time. In recent times some yesteryear stars regain the lost stardom through their sons and daughters when they become successful actors.

Actors of today are thoughtful about their financial security and future. So I am sure they will command the same respect in future as successful filmmakers like Yash Chopra or as parents of successful actors😊.

i thought manoj kumar let it go, i watched a video recently where farah and srk apologized to him. i dont see why manoj kumar is making a big deal. i havent watched the movie but i heard that the movie is a parody. so can you sue someone if someone makes fun of you?
