Shah Rukh Khan is set to start work on his next project 'Robot' in November, following the release of 'Om Shanti Om' on November 9.

7 October 2007 (Sawf News) - Shah Rukh Khan is set to start work on his next project Robot in November, following the release of Om Shanti Om on November 9.
Since the completion of filming of Om Shanti Om Shah Rukh has taken time off from acting and focused on post production work and endorsements.
The 41-year-old actor recently signed up to endorse Dish TV whose competitor Tata Sky uses Hrithik Roshan as its brand ambassador.
Robot is to be directed by Shankar who recently delivered the super hit Sivaji starring Rajnikant.
Shankar and his team are currently giving the final touches to the script of Robot at a farm house near Mahabalipuram.
The science fiction film, to be produced Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment, will make extensive use of VFX from Red Chillies' state-of-the-art studios.
Kareena Kapoor is reported to have lobbied with Shah Rukh for the female lead role in Robot.
Before the release of Robot Shah Rukh will be seen in cameo roles in the Amitabh Bachchan, Saif Ali Khan, Juhi Chawla starrer Bhootnath and Saif Ali Khan, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor starrer Tashan.
Following Robot Shah Rukh will most likely start work on Karan Johar's next tentatively named My Name Is Khan opposite Kajol. In the film he will play a Muslim, who gets wrongly detained on a flight because of his last name, Khan. The authorities believe he is a terrorist.
