That dress is soooooo tacky and looks very cheap......i personally don't think that it is Priyanka's choice as she usually wears fantastic outfits, it is more likely that the hosts of event i.e spice mobile made her wear the outfit

priyanka is not anatural beauty she looks beautiful only when she wears the right accessosories ,some time it goes worng and thats why she looks a little wierd as everyone thought she looked in krish
