From my point of view the worst films till date will be:
Fool N Final
Ankahee
Hum Tumahare Hain Tumhare Sanam
Ummm.....
Aksar
Barsaat 2005
Umrao Jaan (2006)
Thats it really

Only the ones that i have seen is on this list i have seen many more but these are the worst

Let's not diss Sunny Deol for no reason! He is not the IT star anymore but in 90's most of movies won awards and they were great. He still is a great actor, just needs to be picky about his movies.
As for worst movies, there are too many but right now I remember the indian version of SUPERMAN it had Govinda in tights, dancing in the fake air with this other girl with really bad hair-do. That's what I remember of the movie, it provided humor for me b/c it was so bad.

Tons of worst films till date:
most recent ones i can think of are ;
JBJ
All movies with Kareena and Shahid (chup chup ke, etc )
Ashwariya can't act, she should stick to being a model with her great photoshopping retoucher( Provoked, story was very gr8 she ruined it, Bride and Prejudice, Mistress of Spicies, Guru) and Dhoom 2 gosh she looks soo anorexix.. and no women in 30 should wear mini-skirts...

WOW.. first off nice topic..

and after man.. KANK was def not the worst movie ever.. it was just real.. boring yes.. a little.. def not horrible..

there are so many more that are worst.. script wise.. actors wise.. songs direction.. o god.. i dont kno ne names.. but that sonu nigam one.. i cant think rite now.. those stupid ones where the actresses have no talent except shedding their clothes.. i wud seriously give names.. but i cant even remember them..

sry i dont mean offense.. but u guys are just naming watchable movies as worst ones...

Yea, Mansi is right, KANK wasnt horrible, just the storyline sucked it was too disgusting... I watched beginning of JBJ and stopped watching after like 20 minutes. It was real lame.
