Rakesh Roshan

Rajpal Yadav is a happy man after the differences between him and Rakesh Roshan recently got sorted out. Rakesh Roshan was none too pleased after the actor had politely declined to play Hrithik Roshan's sidekick in Krissh. Rajpal now returns to town to shoot for Rakesh Roshan's Krazy 4.

Commenting on the previous problems between Rakesh Roshan and him, Rajpal says, "But that's a thing of the past. Rakeshji is not only a successful filmmaker but also has been a popular hero. He knows the compulsions of an actor. I had genuine problems with the Krissh role. When Rakeshji called me for Krazy 4 he was really sweet."

He adds, "I play one of the four 'crazy' characters in the film. And the best part of this experience is my co-stars. Irrfan Khan is a senior colleague whom I really respect, Arshad Warsi I've worked with and like immensely .Suresh Menon is a dear friend. We've all met so many times we feel very comfortable with each other."

In Priyadarshan's Dhol Rajpal again plays one of the leads. "It's a comedy but not a vulgar one. And I play one of the principal roles along with Sharman Joshi, Kunal Khemu and Tusshar Kapoor. "

In spite of his recent films as a leading man not doing well Rajpal is adamant in trying his luck in the lead.

"However, I've a cameo in David Dhawan's Partner, which is my next release. I play a small-time gangster. I can never say no to filmmakers like Priyadarshan and David Dhawan, no matter what they offer me," says Rajpal.
