| We all know Anil Sharma's Apne will be the first time when we will be seeing the three Deols together. However, did you know that Papa Dharmendra and two sons Sunny and Bobby have not taken a single penny for the film? The Deols decided to forgo of their remuneration for the film completely. However, in exchange for their performance in the film they did ask producers Harish Sughand and Sangeetha Ahir for the Mumbai distribution rights of the film. Mumbai is probably the largest territory for film distribution in India. It is estimated that the approximate amount for the Mumbai territory would have been close to Rs. 4 crores. One wonders why they didn't opt for Punjab for which they have the biggest fan following. Apne is scheduled to release on June 29. Shilpa Shetty and Katrina Kaif are the lead actresses in the film. |
