the movie "Mann" *ing Aamir khan and Manisha...... I LOVE THIS MOVIE!

Kuch kuch hota hai and Mohabbatein.
Mohabbatein was actually the first movie i watched twice after i'd just seen it.

This isn't to say the other movies aren't as good. Someone mentioned Saathiya, i also liked the movie. Vivek was really good in that. I like the first part where Vivek likes Rani but after they marry it's kinda sad so i couldn't sit through that part alot.
