Sree, Did you watch Ellen Degeneres hosting Oscars tonight? She took potshots at so many powerful members of Hollywood and all were sporting. It was funny when she asked Spielberg to click a picture of her with Clint Eastwood. If it was SRK asking Big B to click a picture of him with Karan Johar then I am sure Big B would have walked off the show.

The way how I saw the show I couldn't see any bashing or putting down and I give 👏 to The Roshans for the most sporting film family. SRK laughed at himself too so many times. Only an achiever can do that. We need to understand a good humour and sarcasm.

My only contention is that we should read too much into what SRK said or did at the filmfare awards...he was just doing a job...in a way that he knows ..

I think this whole humour angle to the Filmfare is very new and teh media and the audiences arent used to it still!!

i personally prefer this style of presentation...I wouldnt judge any host on the basis of what he says or does while hosting such a show!!

Yes, tally, this was just an example i cited of waht SRK did at the Filmfar Night. But he has been doing the same thing for over many months now.. Isnt it? 😳

In Koffee With karan, he had to say that "If he was Aamir for a day, he would tell the world that SRK is the Best"... 😕Again, it does not look nice at all, if you keep telling in words that "You were the Best", "you are the best" and will remain "The best". It is for others to say this..

Infact, i have been a very ardent fan of SRK. And i can see that these statements about his greatness are being made by him, only now.. I never remember to have seen this guy losing control even when he was at his peak and ruled Bollywood. He always had his feet on the ground, he was really so very humble in nature..

Now the fact that he is aging, is getting on him.. He very well knows that he can only play a limited kind of roles, probably for which he is not suited anymore bcos of his age... He is getting really insecure, with actors like Aamir, Saif, Abhy coming up.. Above all, there is Big B who is going great guns at this age too... So its better that SRK concentrates on his work rather than take a dig on others.. 😳

he DID thank he...He called her "RONI"😕(is it because of the F-ed up accent,or because of the bengali idiosyncrasy of pronouncing "a" as "o")...He did say Rani deserves half the award,or something to the effect....

I dont think Abhishek would antagonize RAni and all other foes of Ash...The grapevine has it that he even invited Salman for his wedding😆

yep...everyone has different opinions...But I think noone can reign forever. You always have to give way for the next generation when they are better than you in the business.

That is because he is sure that Salman will not reach the venue on time. He is a busy man running over people on the pavement, killing extinct species and stalking ex.girlfriends.

Anyways back to filmfare awards I didn't hear him say Roni or Rani. I might have missed it. I have recorded it and will watch it again😳

I really don't understand, is abhishek ashamed of dhoom 2? what's the big deal if hrithik stole the show? wasn't it obvious? Hrithik looked good in every way in dhoom 2. Abhishek should be happy of what he did. Shahrukh wasn't asking him any embarrasing question, he even talk of guru which i heard abhishek performance if much better than kank. I find abhishek rude, didn't u watched dhoom 2?🤢 He should had chilled down. Shahrukh was asking a simple question and he didn't intended to hurt or insult anyone.Shahrukh was praising everyone, he didn't insulted anyone. He was joking and having fun. Vindhu vinod chopra has offered srk many roles. from mission kashmir, MBBS, eklavya, parineeta. But shahrukh refused saying he had back problems and dates problems. I heard in news that VVC has offered shahrukh another lead role. I think VVC was trying to give witty reply but ended opposite.

Srk doing krrish act was hillarious and aamir act was too much funny. But still it was his humour. Nothing like he insulted. Hrithik was really sweet that he enjoyed krrish act by srk😆But i don't see any war from srk side toward bachans. Srk even give prayers to abhishek to win best actor. And he was incredibly nice to amitabh bachan. Now srk haters will say oh yeah he was acting great. I have to give srk the whole credit. Last year i watched the awards and it was awfully bored. Overall I didn't see srk fading his magic. I think he simply rocked. He was making everyone laugh. I am not sure if whole bachan family enjoyed but jaya bachan really enjoyed srk jokes😆
