Many awards shows have been held already. Each of us had his or her own favourites as well as expectations.

Now that many awards have been given out already, let's try to review the list of award winners so far.

Did any winning nomination surprise you? Did any shock you?

Do the winners really deserve their awards? Or should anyone else have won instead?

Did anything else make you ponder?

Actually I found some of the aweard nominations and even some of the winners very unfair...Aish should have never been nominated forget winning the Star Female of the Year...D2 was not her best perfonamce...she shouldnt have even been nominated for Dhoom 2 but should have been nominated for Umrao Jaan...and Rani winning was also unfair...i think Bips was much better in Corporate because she demonatrated a role out of the sex symbol image that she was given...I am sorry but Rani didnt do anything new in KANK expect cry like in all her films....i dont hate Rani...because last year when she did Black i thought she was superb and completly deserved to win all the awards


Karan Johar winning best director for KANK was just funny...I mean Raskesh deserved it for RDB...for showing the past and present at the same time which was really cool....and Sanjay deserved it for D2...for shooting the action sequences really nicely

SRK for Don again I thought Saif was the best villian of 2006...eventho i dont like Saif i was really surprised by his perfromance in Omakaara and all best villian roles should be given to him, because he was totally able to transform himself from a complete chocolate boy hero image to a villian like Langada Tyagi

Well those were my opinions on the awards and i hope i havent offended anyone

hey rashi!! i totally agree with u..... i think kareena and bips deserves the best actress award for the year 2007... . and i also think that jatin-lalit should have won the award for the best composer.....thier music was soooo melodious... i didn't like any song from the movie kank but shankar-loy-ehsaan won it!.. (i m not against anyone) but i dont think tht they deserved it at all...

agree with u ash shouldn,t won the award for best actress
there are other actress too who did better job than ash.
i think it,s just she popular like involving with abhishek and marriage all that stuff. publicity matters too.[no offense to any ashi and abhifan]

I think so far the awards given were very unfair.

Firstly, best actress for Ash in dhoom 2? 😕 ...No wayyy...Is "like" and "funnny guy" called acting 😆 ..jst jking. It was a different character ash played but that performance didnt deserve a best actress.

Secondly, although i am a big fan of rani, i didnt think it was right to give the best actress award to rani for KANK....she shud of been nominated for baabul, her performance in that ws awesome.

Best villain for Don...hmmm...What abt Saif in omkara?...or even Hritick for Dhoom 2?? Wasnt that a mindblowing performance by Hritick? 😕

Ohh man i totaly agree with you!! Rani is a super actress but it was really unfair receiving award for kank.. she sucked in kank.. no offence... i am also her fan but still she didn't deserve it

Its alright if you like KANK...but KANK was not Rani's best performance...i like Rani as an actress but KANK as an overall film was the worst big banner film of 2006....I remember when KANK released and everyone posted their comments on the movie...when everyone that disliked the movie gave bad comments then lots of ppl said that ppl who disliked the movie are immature and do not understand the serious subject of extra marital affairs...and I think i am pretty mature but KANK just didnt make any sense.....why did SRK and Rani leave Abhi and Priety....despite their spouses giving them unconditional love despite their shortcomings...

Ok i dont want to get off track....but seriously do you really think Rani was better than Bips in Corporate...I mean Bips in Corporate showed that she can do full justice to rolls that can change her sex symbol image
