Abhishek's engagement to Ash has been in the news for way too many reasons, and honestly, we've had enough of it too. But one can't even begin to fathom the far-reaching results this event has spanned in this industry. Recently, a catty actress remarked, "Finally Sushmita can stop talking about her diamond ring and flashing it. You wont even see her rock, when you see the one Ash's got on her finger now." Well, it was apparently Tina Ambani who'd picked up the ring that Abhishek gave Aishwarya, and something tells us, it's probably not the same place Sush got hers from.

Sush herself though has never been the one for petty issues, she's always looking at the larger picture. Not many people know that Sushmita actually was one of the first people who called up her Bas Itna Sa Khwab hai co-star, Abhi to congratulate him on his engagement. Whether she also exchanged pleasantries with the bride-to-be is anybody's guess, but what we do know is Sushmita seems to be finally out of her self-imposed exile. She's said to be making an effort to reach out to her long lost friends and is back to her charming and warm self. Way to go Sush.
