In his tweet (HT-article), Paresh clearly states that he hasn't creative differences with the director of the movie...so either Paresh has difficulties with one of the producers or actors or his backing out has reasons which have nothing to do with the movie making.

But why 25 crore? Was that what Paresh got paid when casted???
